Education

  • 1997–2005: Grammar school České Budějovice.
  • 2005–2008: undergraduate study - Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Science, Molecular biology and biochemistry. Thesis: Evolution of sex chromosome gene content.
  • 2008-2010: undergraduate study - Charles University Prague, Faculty of Science, Developmental Biology. Thesis: Characterization of Z chromosome gene content in birds.
  • 2010-present: Ph.D. study - Charles University Prague, Faculty of Science, Zoology. Thesis: Genomics of speciation in several model species of birds, mammmals and fishes.
