Electronic processes in molecular nanojunctions

We are an independent research group at the Institute of Physics. The Institute is a public research
center, founded by the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (AS CR).
The group studies the electronic, structural and transport properties of molecules at interfaces.
Currently, our main research focus is the theoretical description of single molecule transport although we
are also interested in organic photovoltaics.
In our research, we use mostly first-principles methods based on DFT and Non-Equilibrium Green's Functions.
