Research interests

  • host-parasit interaction, 
  • parasite genomics in the European house mouse hybrid zone, 
  • emerging infectious diseases: arenaviruses, hantaviruses, Bartonella,
  • immunogenetics, major histocompatibility complex (MHC), immunoecology.
