Meeting venue and accommodation

The meeting will be held in Villa Lanna, a cosy conference center of the Czech Academy of Sciences, located in Prague. Accommodation in 27 rooms is possible direcly in the Villa.

Please, book your accommodation directly with the villa at recepce@vila-lanna.cz. The whole capacity has been reserved for us for the duration of the conference, thus when booking, state that you are attending the DEA 2018 meeting organized by J. Fedor. If you wish to stay longer, arrange this directly with the reception. The students are encouraged to share the rooms.

Single room: 1300 CZK/night
Double room: 2000 CZK/night
Double room with single occupancy: 1500 CZK/night

Other options

If we exceed the lodging capacity (almost certainly we will) there are number of hotels, B&Bs and apartments in the walking distance from the meeting venue. Please, book yourself. The address of the Villa is V Sadech 1, Prague 6.

Most of the lodging options in the close vicinity are small apartments that can be booked via booking.com or airbnb.com. Apart from it, there are few bigger hotels:

Arrival

Villa Lanna is in the walking distance from the Prague metro line A, station Hradcanska. If arriving from the airport, take the bus number 119 to its terminus station Nadrazi Veleslavin (some 15 minutes) and change to the metro A. Station Hradcanska is the 3rd stop in the direction towards the city center.
