- karyotype evolution and detection of chromosomal rearrangements in Iguania lizards,
- evolution of sex determination and sex chromosomes in amniotic vertebrates with special emphasis to selected reptile lineages,
- cytogenetic screening in slow-worms of genus Anguis.
