• 2010-2013: bachelor’s thesis - Masaryk University Brno, Faculty of Science, Department of Botany and Zoology, Institute of Vertebrate Biology, Methods for monitoring large carnivores (supervisor M. Barančeková).
• 2013-2015: master’s thesis - Masaryk University Brno, Faculty of Science, Department of Botany and Zoology, Institute of Vertebrate Biology, Genetics of the Eurasian lynx of the Western Carpathians (supervisor J.Bryja).
• 2015 - present: PhD thesis - Masaryk University Brno, Faculty of Science, Department of Botany and Zoology, Institute of Vertebrate Biology, Conservation genetics of the Eurasian lynx in the Central Europe (supervisor J.Bryja, consultant J.Krojerová-Prokešová).
