The fee will cover all organizing costs, the transport from/to Prague, the accommodation in single or double rooms with bathroom, full board, welcome cocktail, a concert, a half-day trip to monuments of Southern Bohemia and Moravia, the closing banquet and refreshments during the coffee breaks.

Conditions for cancellation:

Cancellation must be made in writing to jiri.ludvik@jh-inst.cas.cz. Cancellation received before May 15, 2013 is at no charge, for cancellation received after May 15, registration fees will be reimbursed to the original account, except for 50 EUR handling fees.
Registrations (including fee) can be freely transferred to another person upon updating the registration form.
