How to prepare individual observational script
The tcsuser does not depend on prepared observational scripts (halfa, hbeta, infra
etc.).
It is possible to write down individual script if he keeps some compulsory commands and structure.
spc ga=10890
spc sf=1,dm=1
cint 40
fint 10
Here:
* the keyword ga adjusts the grating angle in inkrements of stepping motor. There is the relation between the grating angle (in decimal notation) and increments:
For example:
The grating angle corresponding to the Hα is 30˚:15'=30.25 i.e. 30.25x360=10890.
* the keywords sf
a dm
denote and adjust the spectral filter and dichroic
mirror.
* cint
a fint
predefine exposure time for the comparison spectrum
and the flat field (in seconds).
Remark: If the tscuser uses the command mflat
for multiple exposure
of the flat field then he has to write the exposure time as obligatory parameter anyway.
For example mflat 10 5
is command for 5 flat fields and 10s each of them.
