Payment
The Conference Fee will be an all-inclusive package which will cover all local expenses: registration fee, conference materials, all meals from dinner on Sunday through breakfast on Friday, accommodation (five nights; double occupancy with separate beds),
all social events,
and local transportation to/from the Conference site.
A limited number of single bed rooms will be available for an extra charge.
For accompanying persons, the fee includes all meals from dinner on Sunday through breakfast on Friday, accommodation (shared), social events, local transportation to/from the Conference site, and all guided tours.
The conference fee has not been determined yet but a preliminary estimate is somewhere between 800 and 900 EUR.
